Dear Jim & Lou,

I wanted to say a few words of thanks for your help to me as a new real estate investor.

The WIN monthly meetings have been informative.  The speakers have ranged from real estate attorneys, tax accountants, HUD attorneys, appraisers, bankers, property managers, etc., all of whom were experienced real estate investors who offered sound advice, tips, and strategies for real estate investing.

I’ve also gained a good working knowledge on your city tour.  The advice you’ve given as an experienced investor on how you structure your deals has reduced my learning curve.

The Cash Flow game nights are an added bonus.  It’s a fun way to learn how to be educated investors and business owners in a pleasant, social setting.

Overall, you’ve setup a good environment that is conducive for networking with other like-minded investors.

As I meet other investors in my travels, I invite them to WIN meetings.  I am happy to do what I can to support your meetings.

I bought my first two properties wholesale from Jim and Lou and find them to be thorough and honest in their business dealings. They took the fear and confusion out of purchasing a property and are truly a “one stop shop” making it a smooth transaction.

As for the mastermind meetings, I have learned much and it has given me the strength and knowledge to get me through some challenging times and continues to give me the confidence to persevere and make my business grow.
